1 oz. Aperol 6 oz. Prosecco Plenty of ice3-inch piece of orange zest
Using a zester, remove a 3-inch piece of orange zest from the orange. Wrap the zest around a thin pencil or chop stick and press to make a spiral. Set aside. Fill a large wine glass three-quarters full with ice. Add two tablespoons or one ounce Aperol. Add 6 ounces Prosecco and orange spiral.
